About Galvanized Iron Pipes
Low carbon steel coils are processed to MS strips which are then utilized in making GI pipes. The strips are rolled into a circular shape. After that, the slit ends of the strips are continuously welded together. Any dimensional deviations in the steel pipes are then corrected in sizing sections. They are then cut to length by automated cutting machines. Once the tubes are pressure tested, they are galvanized and varnished. Rural or urban areas often use the galvanized iron pipes for water distribution. These are also demanded for structural and engineering purposes. They are available at lower costs, are lightweight, and are easy to handle.
